Led all marketing and sales enablement efforts across U.S. territories and franchises, managing brand-consistent collateral, email campaigns and a B2B website launch. Partnered with sales leadership to build prospect-specific proposals and presentations to drive win rates. Built and launched the B2B HubSpot CMS with custom pipelines, automated workflows and dashboards that improved targeting and conversion rates, training the sales team throughout. Coordinated all projects through Monday.com, keeping teams aligned and on deadline.

Developed and launched brand campaigns for undergraduate and graduate programs at National American University, driving enrollment through targeted print and digital efforts grounded in competitor analysis and a clear understanding of the university’s differentiators. Designed and wrote marketing materials, ads, emails and web content that told a consistent brand story across every channel while managing campaigns from list segmentation through deployment and performance reporting. Built a multi-channel prospect communication workflow tailored to individual student journeys and automated through Salesforce. Managed end-to-end project execution by setting goals with cross-functional departments and coordinating writers, videographers, photographers and designers to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
